I chose to work on the Maldives for my case study project because it is an international luxury destination all year-round. I am impressed with gorgeous photos of the Maldives on social media. I also find it is interesting to learn about how the Maldives handles the impacts of COVID-19 since the country relies heavily on the international flow of visitors. In addition, the sustainability goal of the Maldives is definitely of my interest. Let’s get started into a little learning tour about the Maldives 🙂
